Long distance Assignment of Contract Advice
Hi Everyone! I am seeking advice on an assignment of contract. the seller and buyer are out of town. I am wondering what is the smoothest and likely acceptable process in assigning a contract. I would like to assure to receive my assignment fee and make it a reasonable smooth transaction without risking my deal. Advice is greatly appreciated! TIA
