Good morning BiggerPockets community. I am new to wholesaling and I got a call from a motivated seller this morning about some properties located in another state. I wanted to know if the wholesaling process any different being that the properties are in another state and what do I need to do if this is a potential deal? Thanks, Dethorn

@Dethorn Graham, that depends. Some states use attorneys and other states use title companies when dealing with wholesale deals. None the less, the basics are the same.

Do you have a specific concern?
