Wholesaling A Mobile Home
Is it possible to wholesale a mobile home? I have someone that is willing to sell me their mobile home, I talked to the property management company that manages the land that the mobile home is on and they told me I would have to get approved to rent the land before I purchase the mobile home. I'm just trying to figure out how to wholesale this deal and if its even worth it. If so how do I do it?
