There are lots of wholesalers, but never enough of them.  The reality is that many wholesale deals are sold by rehabbers who are good at marketing and simply have too many properties under contract to handle, or who want to sell the deals with the smaller profit margins.

So start attending local events and connect with wholesalers there and other rehabbers who might sell deals at a future date.  Black Diamond this month is in Waltham on December 12, there is a write up on the BP events page.
