Finding A Buyer; Cash Buyer Preferred

Hello BP!

I think I've got a decent idea of how to answer my question but I'd just like some additional feedback.

I've been studying wholesaling lately so I'm still doing my homework on everything but I just wanted to ask a quick question because I've been looking at properties: how would I go about finding a buyer?

Here are a few ways I've read, let me know if you have a good suggestion I missed as I want to know as much as I can about finding a buyer:

  • Attend local RE meetups and network with buyers looking for SFH deals
  • Talk with an agent about cash buyers in my area
  • Craigslist - CL is extremely easy to use so if any of you have tried this method and firmly recommend then by all means let me know
  • & of course, BP. I can always upgrade my account and post the deal on BP's marketplace if that works well too.

Have I missed any other good options? Thanks for any feedback!
