Property Radar - Will it Ever Expand to More States?

I'm sure the amount of data that the Property Radar group has to comb through is overwhelming, so expanding to another state is probably difficult to say the least, but does anyone know if they are going to expand to other states? I have not seen anything readily available when I search it on google.

Hi @Zachary Bradigan - We are already working hard on it, and that is one of two big goals for 2018. That said, it will likely be a while after that before we hit the same level of quality that we have in our existing states. One of the things that differentiates us is all the special processing we add to clean things up at the local level. We'll have very little of that when we first launch into each new area, but I still think it will be a great value overall, even initially. Hope that helps.

That absolutely helps! You and your team are awesome. Keep up the good work!

@Zachary Bradigan   PR as it works on the west coast is hands down the greatest tool on the PLANET period.

I wonder how it will work in your area were public data is not as readily available.. I mean your still in the 1700's were you need an abstractor to run title.. LOL.. compared to west coast were we have out sourced it to the Philippines and its all digital data.. :)  just pullin your leg.

Although I think that will be the biggest challenge for PR going national is what they do in the attorney states which are so @$$ backwards in the way they do things.

@Sean OToole Thanks for making such an awesome tool! Just upgraded to the Premium version and I almost don't even need a CRM anymore.

@Walter Roby jr that's great to hear. Our roadmap will likely make you very happy, but if there is something specific you need so that it can fully replace your CRM please pm me and let me know.
