Software up coming ARMS

Talking with some new Investors I heard there is software available for the upcoming wave of ARMS that people with not be able to afford or possibly be able to sell. It's marketed as a potential sellers list. People to contact before they are in trouble, but will be if they do not have a plan. Does anyone have any information about software of this type. :cool:
