Ohioan new to wholesaling and BP
Hey everyone! Im a 22 year old who is interested in getting into investing, and am anxious to get started! I have been researching wholesaling for the past few days, but I have a question about the legality of it. I don't have a real estate license. I know that its an acceptable thing to do in most states without one, but I live in Ohio, and I have seen a few years ago where people have gotten into legal trouble for doing this. I plan on moving to another state at the end of the year, but I'd like to get started now, here in Ohio. Does anyone have any insight on wholesaling in Ohio in 2018? Thanks!
