How to make introduction with cash buyers investing

I am a beginner in real estate investing and i am learning about wholesaling in USA. I found a few cash buyers through a software and looked them up on internet to find their phone numbers.

My question is how do i introduce myself on the call? do i tell them how i found their contact number? are these cash buyers expecting calls from strangers like this?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
