As a wholesaler you find properties for pennies on the dollar and flip it to your buyers.

Whats the advantage of being a wholesaler vs. being a buyer's agent that specializes in investment properties?

The biggest, easy to spot differences: wholesalers get properties under contract and brokers don't, brokers are licensed and wholesalers are not. As DAVE alludes to I think the real answer is that it depends on your comfort level of each activity.
