after the win of a tax auction....is the next step to evict?....owners relative called me and asked what would they

have to re-pay me to re-claim their house (have not heard from owner)

....right of redemption is 6mos in Houston tx...should I respond to the

relative or just wait 4 weeks (when county sends me the deed) n have them go thru the court system to redeem?
