Wholesale Transaction - Closing costs

In a wholesaling transaction at closing, does the end buyer (investor) pay for the closing fees, meaning the escrow fee and charges? If so, are there any other charges the investor covers at closing?

The payment of closing costs is negotiable.  I'd say that it is probably determined to a certain degree by area customs.  No, the wholesaler usually isn't responsible for any closing costs.

@Alberto Ramirez The contract spells out which party is responsible for each cost. At signing of contract, there is no end buyer yet. When the buyer assigns the position in the transaction, the assignee(end buyer)inherits the assignor's(original buyer) obligations. What's left for the original buyer is a fee.
