Wholesaling out of state

Hello,

I'm currently a wholesaler in Maryland but I want to get started with wholesaling out of state. I'm original from Horry County, SC and visited the Myrtle Beach area a few weeks ago. I came across a lot of vacant properties in the surrounding cities but I need to know how to get started. I need to know of a recommendable Title Company in the area who is willing to work with wholesalers. Thanks

@Thelma Green This is likely a waste of time. I suggest you pursue a better use of your time
