Wholesale contract for Oklahoma

I need some input on the contract any experienced wholesalers are using currently using in Oklahoma? I have one for when I’m the buyer but wondered what’s being used when I am the wholesaler? I prefer no negative comments about whether it’s legal or not because I’ve got several professional people I know that are doing this and doing it successful and believe it’s fine.
