After you lock up a property/contract, is it typical to show the home to potential buyers/investors or are they expected to take your word on the price and condition?
@Brad Trebotica until you build a strong relationship with your buyer you will most likely have to show them the properties. I have some clients that will now take my word on the condition and if its a good investment but that takes time to build a strong bond with your clients.
