Best way to get pictures on a house in another state

I got a lead on a vacant house in another state.I need some advice. House arv looks like 170k should I offer 65% minus say 20k for repairs. estimate since I am in another state and guessing at repairs. As for pictures does anyone have a idea how to get pictures. I heard somepeople run an ads in craigs list? Thanks for your help bp's

Where is the house located?
City and State?

Maybe someone from BP might live in that area and be willing to help you with pictures, etc.
