wholesaling in rochester ny
Hey Im a newbie in the wholesaling real estate business and wanted to know is Rochester NY a good market to try and start wholesaling. Ive been watching a lot of YouTube videos and listening to podcasts on it and Ive heard many successful wholesalers across the country. I feel like rochester is kinda like Detroit in the sense that its crime rate is high. Also wondering if there is any wholesalers in Rochester too.
