Reverse engineering my wholesaling education

Hey everyone! My name is Daniel Cardenas from Boynton Beach, FL!

Thank you all for having me here!

I will begin wholesaling very soon and as I begin my wholesaling education, I do have a question for you all.

In order to be a great wholesaler, one must understand the wants and needs of end buyers, correct?

With that being said, do you all recommend a newbie like myself first learn the intricacies and math behind successfully flipping properties before learning the intricacies of wholesaling including marketing? Or is it simply more effective to learn both aspects of the business simultaneously?

I am excited and eager to learn everything about this industry through hard work and any direction on where to at least begin my education would be much appreciated.

Thank you all so much,

Daniel Cardenas.
