The overall understanding of wholesaling

Hello, I am new to everything about Real Estate but I find everything about it very very interesting and wanted to reach out to get some advice on starting off as a wholesaler and going from there. As a beginner, I understand building a team is HUGE. For a team, I know I need to fInd; Hard money lenders, private money lenders, a reliable title company that’s wholesaler friendly, an attorney (what kind?), local agents, contractors & other wholesalers. What else would you guys recommend that I find for my team? Also, as far as marketing; bandit sighs, direct mail, driving for dollars, knocking on doors, referrals & MLS, how do gather the information I need inorder to send out letter or make those urgent phone calls to those property owners? What are some reliable sites/apps that will help me keen in on that type of information? One last thing, how do I come across pre-foreclosures home, divorced families that need to sell their homes, FSBO homes & other properties that are listed? There are some sites that I’ve come across but the review scare me away from paying them. Any information will help. Thank you in advance and I hope everyone is closing their year out STRONG!!!!
