Need help completing my buyers list please!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to create my buyers list but I'm a little unsure of how to approach this particular problem.

I have leads of people and companies who have purchased properties with cash in the past year. My intent is to call each person on my lead sheet, find out if they are still interested in buying properties and get a list of their buying criteria so that I can look for these types of deals.

My only problem is that my leads don't have their phone numbers... Most people I can look up their address and find their home phone number online. Do you think there would be any problem with calling them at home to obtain this information? Would you as an investor be put off by somebody contacting you like this? I'm not sure if maybe I should just send letters first?

Also some of my leads are LLC's and there is no phone number online anywhere. Again, I can look up the home phone number of most LLC members or I can call the registered agent and try to get a business number to contact the LLC. Which route would you say is better?
