Are There Any Virtual Wholesalers.

I am interested in virtual wholesaling. I've been watching you tube trying to understand the process. Question: Is VW a different script for sellers? Also, the signing of the ppwk. What way would you recommand getting signed documents? I'm in the Louisville, KY area and I wanted to step out to do something different.

@Nicole M Beasley why not wholesale in your own backyard?!?! Wholesaling is simple, but not easy. Why complicate it further by doing it virtually, before you've done it face to face.
