Finding my first whole sale deal?
Happy Sunday everyone,
I have been watching various podcasts, youtube videos and reading countless material about entering the real estate industry as a whole seller. One of my main goals is to just close on one property in dec or January. What are some ideas or suggestions that you guys may have about how to complete my first whole sell deal and grow from there?
