Hello wife and I live in Washington state and bought our first property last year. However we would like to start whole selling. Simply to increase our equity in our current home more quickly. But not sure where to get contracts to use without going to a lawyer(which we can’t afford). Any help appreciated.

@Robert Chittenden Look in the FilePlace under the tools tab. Not all of the documents are well written. It would be a good idea to have an attorney review it anyway.
Not what you want to hear but if you can't afford a lawyer you may not be in a financial position to start a business. In theory Wholesaling can be done with little money. The reality is it takes a lot of marketing dollars to find deals.
