There was a thread this week ,  where the question was how many wholesalers are doing 5 to 10 deals a month.

that lead as all wholesaling threads to various answers.. from those doing 50 million a year to some doing 2 a month.

but then one Gentlemen who owns a UGLY home franchise popped on.

and that got me curious so I went to the corporate website.  As you know its a franchise.

And I don't know how successful the franchisors are.. but I was thinking if you compare buying one of these franchises to paying one of

the big GURUS like a Sperber type..  Seemed to me 27k for a starter franchise and 65k for full franchise and territory.. has to be a

good value proposition as compared to pay 25 to 40k for weekend seminar and phone mentoring.. I mean most folks know the UGLY

home franchise.. and when your starting on your own no one knows who you are..  I thought there was some serious value in

the Franchise model compared to the Guru how to model..

Anyone else have thoughts?  I mean we all know that to do any volume in wholesaling / assigning takes a lot of time and marketing

capital and then learning how to do deals.. With the Franchise concepts theoretically you would be much farther ahead.
