RE Agent’s contracts

Hey guys, I've been struggling so much with using real estate agent's contacts when wholesaling. I noticed that almost every agent has different ways their CAR contracts are written. I've received some that are as little as 20 to up to 150 pages long.

So my question is, is that as long as my agent adds an addendum for me such as "Buyer shall have the ability to assign his rights to this contract without the express written consent of the seller, at buyers unfettered discretion" and "contingent upon property property inspection and buyer's approval of results", by doing this does it supersede any other verbiage it conflicts with in the contract?

@Joshua Bautista - 150 pages? Highly doubtful. As a buyer/seller, you won't have my attention beyond 15-20 pages. Any 150 page contract has 130 pages of filler. Most contracts I've seen (from a variety of states) tend to be 8-14 pages and a few more for addenda.

To answer your question, it doesn't matter which contract you use as long as it is legal and serves your purpose.
