Earnest money
Hello. I'm confused. When I'm wholesaling a piece of property and assigning my contract, do I myself put the sellers EM that I gave them to the title company in escrow or do they put it there thereselves. Also when my end buyer gives me earnest money does he put it into escrow or do I? And what if both seller and buyer want to use two diff title companies?
