Hello BP,

I have read the article about wholeselling here on BP. HOWEVER I'm still kinda lost. What I'm not understanding is what exactly is it you are buying. Are you purchasing the deed/contract or the house as well? And do you use a realtor to find these deals or do you find them on your own?. Completely sorry for such a noob question.
