New wholesaler, how can I help out my probate leads?’
Hello! I’m a relatively new wholesaler and I was wondering what services might be of use to an administrator going through the probate process other than the obvious, closing on the estate property.I’ve thought of or have come across things like providing them with lists of charities, storages, or relocating furniture. Is there anything else I could do to assist or possibly expedite the process for them?
