Running business on weekends ?

Does the weekend stop your Cold Calls ,Emails follow ups & even setting up appointments , Or do you like to work through the weekend ? If you do , has that resulted in leads , appointments and contracts getting signed ?

When Friday night hits , for me everything comes to a halt ( or at least it does in my mind ) I figured to respect the weekend, assuming people wouldn’t want to discuss any amount of business during weekends .

Any & all feedback is welcomed . Thanks in advance !

@Deshawn Jackson It seems to me the weekend may be the best time to reach people.  They are not at work. I do not stop working because it is the weekend.
