Hey all! I’m a new investor trying to get my “feet wet” here in Houston, but I’m planning to move into a new market next year so I don’t want to be tied down w/ any tangible properties.

I’d love any information or recommendations on wholesaling here in Houston.

I’m a Health Coach & Personal Trainer so my afternoons are free for scouting, ground work prospecting, and networking.
