1st Wholesale Opportunity NY state.
I just stumbled upon a very nice wholesale opportunity in NY. Have a seller that is looking to let go of the property for $70k and I have secured a cash buyer for $95K. My attorney gave me a Residential P&S agreement. Once I get it signed what are the steps to get the end buyer locked in and collect my "Assignment fee". This is my first wholesale any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
