Getting started in real estate investing
Good morning everyone,
I am currently a college student looking to build wealth through real estate. My ultimate goal is to own rental properties for passive income. However, I have little money so I discovered the realm of wholesaling, which I plan to land a few deals to purchase my first rental property. I’ve been “driving for dollars” and marketing but I haven’t had any leads. How do I not overwhelm myself with fear and doubt that I won’t succeed in this business?
