Finding serious buyers...

I've been wholesaling with my partner for a few months now and closed a few deals. We are building great relationships with a few serious cash buyers. And we know what areas and properties they prefer and we cater to that. Its our other properties we have under contract that are in good areas, but when our select few serious buyers are not interested in those deals, but they still are deals, we have trouble moving them. We gone to the the local REIA, have been networking and putting out bandit signs, Craigslist ads, mailed letters to cash buyers on MLS, just have not received much response from our efforts... Any suggestions on finding serious buyers? - Thank you in advance!
