I want to begin wholesaling
I apologize in advance because my questions have probably been addressed before. I am brand new to real estate investing and wanted to begin with wholesaling. I have been in various webinars, seminars, etc. with the most recent being Fortunebuilders. I’ve gathered lots of good (and bad) information from these seminars , but it seems to me that most wanted me to part with money that I don’t have. Can someone point me it the right direction? Book recommendations?
