Pennysaver to generate leads?

I see some investors advertising in the classified section of the local pennysaver.

Very small, basic WE BUY HOUSES CASH type of ads...all the way in the rear under real estate.

Its probably a good method for acquring leads when done over a period of time.

Has anyone had success with gathering and converting leads from these types of local neighborhood print publications?
