Hello, im looking for great advice on hiring a virtual assistant from outside the country. Ive hired a virtual assistant in the state before and they had everything set up, but Philippines keeps coming up as a better source in relation to expenses and reliability.

What's the strategy used for training the person and paying them?

Where are reliable places to look for or to offer jobs to them?

What's the strategy on keeping track of their work and hours?
