Is a $30k profit good for investors in Chesterfield Va?
I'm trying to come up with some numbers. I really want to know how big a profit are investor's looking for in the Midlothian VA area? It's a great area. Great land. Home needs some rehab but it's not in terrible shape. Without giving out so much info, will a $30k profit still be good for an investor?
It is on a busy street, but the land is huge.
