Hello everyone

I come on a property that was boarded up.. I did my research and still doing research.. I find out in 2015 two bodies was found in it.. It was a elderly couple. They was the owners.. how should I Approach this with owners family??!?? And if I wholesale this property i should have a disclosure in the contract.. thanks!!
