Wholesaling Pre-Foreclosure Homes
When wholesaling pre-foreclosures, is it mandatory that I do seller financing? Or can I just get the house under contract and sell it before the auction?

@Gary Kinder To be clear, that would be in a non judicial foreclosure....for a judicial foreclosure you have to have time to schedule a hearing and have the judge agree.
