Would you partner with this investor?
What you do if you come across a deal that meets one of your buying partners criteria but it's under contract by another wholesalers/investor, and you ask to JV the deal, and they refuse. However, they state that you can add your fee on top of the price or else they will give you $1k of the assignment fee. Which would you chose or don't even bother with it at all?
