Hey guys! I’ve been searching for agreement of sale & assignment agreement contracts specifically for Pennsylvania. I’ve came across a few that seem pretty standard. Do you think it’d be better to forward them to a lawyer to review or perhaps ask the title company I plan to work with? Thanks guys!
