Best way to find contact info?

Hey everyone! I am looking for feedback on websites for finding contact information. I am able to pull the owner names from the public record, but many of them I am having the hardest time finding accurate information. I am willing to pay for sites that have a good track record! I have been using Intelius and having not the greatest results. I was using fastpeoplesearch.com, which is free but having called hundreds of numbers and reaching very few people, the numbers were just not working for me anymore. Can you make a recommendation from sites like white pages, spokeo, or others I don't know about? THANK YOU!
