    Don't understand this post to be honest. Not sure what this has to do with wholesaling or why it can not be a self proclaimed GURU. If they helped you they helped you now?

    But as this is your question, you are the boss...

    I wouldn't say a mentor..

    But Cody the Goofball Sperber has put me on this path. He simply inspired me and as I am a brilliant lil freak, i took it upon myself to do it completely differently my own way.

    But , I have to say. It was a nostalgic good ol time thinking back watching his videos
