Wondering if somebody could analyze a deal for me??? It’s an unfinished house new construction
It's the only house of its size in the neighborhood so I'm estimating the ARV based off of price per sq foot of the other houses in my comps. How do I determine how much work is left? It has roof on and mortar down basement floor is down. Any advice would be great.
@Jonathan Toruno What is the exit strategy? Are you planning on buying and finishing? Why is the house unfinished? What are the numbers? You cannot calculate the ARV of a new property using dollar/sqft of existing older properties. Well technically you can...but it wouldnt be accurate.
