Are there any courses any of you recommend to learn everything about wholesaling? I need to know more about how to deal with foreclosures, short sales, behind on taxes, etc. I've tried starting but all this is holding me back.

You will never know everything. My best advice would be pic a marketing list, strategy and get really good at one thing. Then move onto other marketing strategies.
The basics of wholesaling can be learned through a few Bigger Pockets podcast episodes and YouTube. Once you have those down take action!
