How to make money from expired listings?
I have a list of expired leads I got from an agent. How do you wholesale expired leads. I am assuming the agent already did the research on the house to know what it would resell for, how much repair costs should be, and how much it would rent for. Can I just get this same information from the agent who gave me the leads so I can come up with an offer to get the home? My offer will have to be really lower than the listing prices that are already listed for like $8k.
