How do I find off market property Leads in NYC/NJ
Hello folks. What are some good ways to generate leads for off market properties in the NYC/NJ tri state area? I know about driving for dollars and walking your target areas. But what are some other ways? Any online resources for this area? I know about ACRIS, but I'm not that savvy to know exactly what to look for on there? I'm in Brooklyn so my target areas are Brooklyn and Queens. I'm also interested in nearby south Jersey also(Elizabeth, Newark, Trenton, Linden,) and the Bronx.
