Hello out there BP nation!

I want to take a second to introduce myself and connect with others.

My wife and I live in Nashville, TN. This is where I was born, and we were both raised here.

I would like to get started in my real estate career by wholesaling, however my biggest fear is just getting started. I would like to find someone to act as a mentor that can help me learn the business and get a solid understating of the transactional side of wholesaling.

Watching this city change throughout my life has been incredible and inspiring and I hope to take part in it. Being a true local gives me a fantastic opportunity to help outside investors and other people that need insight in areas.
