Do I need to show proof of funds to get a house under contract?.
If a realtor has a property listed the homeowner is willing to sell their property for a wholesale price (because they are motivated) do you need to show the realtor proof of funds in order to get the deal under contract to flip it?

In other words, the Realtor is NOT horrible at their job....
Just show the PoF or preapproval. If you can't do that SUPER simple task (should take you no more than 30 second...), then there's no point in even showing you the home. You have the PoF/PA or you don't. Period... Realtors with IQs over potato don't deal with so-called "wholesalers."
