Real Estate Investing

I downloaded this app to hopefully get a better grasp on real estate in general. I have no experience with real estate. To be short and blunt. I do not like my circumstances at the moment. I would like to change my circumstances and become financially independent. Just like everybody else haha.

I was already planning on getting a real estate license. However there are a lot of people talking about wholesaling. I've researched plenty and it seems to make sense. I grasp the concept. However there are a lot of negative comments about the subject as well. I know its a gray area in Real Estate, but it seems like a viable option for people with no money to get their foot in the door of real estate investing. Which is why I'm here.

I would like to know your opinion on the matter. Also any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. Excited to be a part of the community.
